Please read the important information below which details our current refund policy:
If you would like to swap your dates or your slot*, please contact our main line on 0191 511 6000 and we will move your tickets. *please note that we can only move tickets 48 hours in advance of the booking (as the ticketing team are only available Monday-Friday).
If you need a refund, provided we are given a minimum of 1-week's notice, we will refund your ticket price, minus the standard Eventbrite booking fees (please refer to Eventbrite terms and conditions for details)
If you book a specialist experience, once paid for, the experience can only be swapped to an alternative date.
If you booked your ticket using a gift card you will be able to transfer your tickets up to 48 hours prior to the event.
If Northumberland College, or Northumberland College Zoo, is forced to close we will offer full refunds. The decision on refunding will be taken 2 weeks prior to the event or activity, tickets will only be refunded two weeks prior to the date booked. If the college needs to force a closure at short notice, we reserve the right to, and will make every attempt to contact those affected within a reasonable time period.
