We can’t wait for you to join us at Northumberland College in September. It is important you complete the enrolment form as soon as you can so we can confirm your timetable for next year.

Completing the Enrolment Form

To begin the online enrolment process, you will need to create a new password. Please click on the reset password link below to begin the verification process using the same email we have sent this message to. Once you have created a new password, you can login and complete the form.

If you do not receive a password reset link to your email address, please contact the enrolment team via email: enrolment@educationpartnershipne.ac.uk

You will need the following information available to complete your online enrolment:

  • A digital passport-size photo clearly identifying your face likeness
  • Proof of identity, such as a copy of your passport, birth certificate or driving licence
  • Copies of certificates for any qualifications you have already achieved
  • Proof of residency in the UK/EE, if you have not been here for the last three years, continuously

Please also note the following important information:

  • The session will remain active for 30 minutes before it expires
  • Remember to click the submit button at the bottom of the form, otherwise we will not receive your enrolment
  • The maximum file size is up to 2MB per file, the supported file formats are jpg, png, jpeg and pdf
  • Your enrolment remains subject to approval by the college.  Submitting this form does not guarantee your place.
