What’s it all about?

You will study units including health and safety, maths, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), electrical and mechanical principles and the usage of engineering materials. This course is suited to you if you would like to work in engineering and want to train at a higher level.

You must have four GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science or a relevant Level 2 Qualification in Engineering.

English and Maths are important life skills that will help you to achieve your best in your studies and progress to your dream career. If you have not already achieved a minimum grade of 9-5 in GCSE Maths and English at school, you will not be able to be enrolled onto the course.

We have extensive links with reputable, local engineering companies and offshore/renewables.

Mon-Fri, 9am-4:15pm. Days and times of study are subject to change. Timetables are confirmed at the start of term.
