This course will help to prepare you for work in the vibrant visitor economy of Northumberland and beyond. It focuses specifically on the hospitality industry and will help you develop a variety of skills to work in multiple different settings. It will allow you the chance to learn, develop and practice the skills required for a career in the hospitality industry.
There are no formal entry requirements although a good level of written English would be desirable. Full support will be given, we just ask for lots of enthusiasm and a good attitude to learning!

Teaching and assessment will be a mixture of both theory and practical. Students will have an opportunity to develop and practice their skills in our on-site training restaurant, The Galleries.
The opportunities in Northumberland are vast, From Hadrian's Wall, to Alnwick Gardens, to National Trust Houses and visitor centres, the options for future employment and opportunities could not be better.
