This course is an introduction to customer service skills. Enrol on our 9 day course and explore a range of careers in retail and customer service.
There are no formal entry requirements. However, individuals that are claiming benefits may want to discuss this course with their Jobcentre Plus Work Coach who can arrange a referral and pay travel expenses.
