Vacancy short description: The opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration while working for a growing engineering company.

Duties will include:

Scanning

Filing

Answering phone

Dealing with customer enquires 

Supporting other team members

First point of contact for incoming calls

Typing up and recording of Sales Quotes and emailing them to clients

Daily maintenance / updating of spreadsheets

Entering purchase order details, delivery notes, new jobs etc

Issuing job cards copy fabrication drawing to work supervisors

Dealing with daily internal and external mail

Assisting with posting of weekly timesheets on to computer systems

Professional telephone manner

Strong IT skills

Adaptable to undertake a wide range of tasks

Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Qualifications required:

GCSE grade A - C in English and Maths or equivalent,

IT qualifications or to be able to demonstrate good IT skills
