Monday – Saturday shift totaling 30 hours per week
To act as first point of contact for the spa, providing exceptional customer care at all times. Typical duties will include:
Answering the telephone in a confident and polite manner, booking appointments, providing advice and guidance to all clients.
Managing important documents, including client record cards; ensuring that all items are updates and on appropriate systems.
Managing the Spa diary and keeping it updated, contacting clients for any rescheduling. Crating special offers and promoting them on various platforms, Stock taking, General cleaning and tidying of the salon reception, Ability to manage situations with difficult clients and circumstances
Skills required: Computer literate, with good skills in Microsoft Office, positive and polite manner.
Personal qualities: Honesty and loyalty are important and having a good personal conduct of behaviour, have initiative during role.
Qualifications required: GCSE Grade A-C/ 4 - 9 in Maths and English (or equivalent). Functional skills will be undertaken at College by applicants without this qualification.
Future prospects: Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.
Reality check: This role is customer facing and applicant must be aware that a clean and tidy appearance is expected, this also includes that acrylic nails are not permitted. There may be occasions where you will need to manage situations with difficult clients and circumstances. This role may include evening or weekend work.
