Reality Check

We work with people who because of their condition can exhibit challenging behaviour to themselves or others. We reduce the risks around this by making sure people live in their best possible environment , build strong relationships with staff they can get on with , and train those staff really well to help them understand the person, and their behaviour – and using that to keep themselves and the person safe. From this base our staff help people get the most they can from life.
