Holy Eagle Property Ltd was established in 2016. The Head Office is currently based in Guidepost but they have plans to relocate to Blyth Town Centre in June 2019.

Vacancy full description:


Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate member of staff

Answering face-to-face enquiries and providing information when required

Answering calls and relaying telephone messages, redirecting calls as appropriate

Maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence

Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls

Responding to public enquiries

Providing and sending out information

Data input

Sales and purchase order processing

Scheduling bookings and cancelling bookings

Maintaining client relationships

Processing and delivering internal and external mail daily

Ensuring that an adequate supply of stationary is available and re-ordering when necessary

Filing and retrieving paperwork

Providing refreshments for clients and visitors

Performing other duties as required

Performing other duties in accordance with business needs


Skills required:

Must have attention to detail.

You will be customer focused and possess excellent administration and organisation skills

Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A good knowledge of Social Media – Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram (Experience of this would be desirable)

Competent levels of ICT understanding

Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent communication skills

It would be advantageous if you can drive and have your own car.

Possible progression throughout the company

GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent). Functional skills will be undertaken at College by applicants without this qualification.
