-          Manage reception duties 

-          Meet and greet clients in a polite way 

-            General tidying duty’s 

Training to be provided: Customer Service Practitioner – Level 2 - Standard



Vacancy full description:

Reception duty’s 

     Answering/making calls

     Operating our booking system 

     Recording deposits

     Recording and carrying out skin tests 

     Making sales 

     Social media 

     Greeting clients

     Offering clients teas and coffees 

    Making sure they feel welcome 

    Keeping the salon clean 

    Helping the girls I’m both hair and beauty side 


 Skills required:

Must be confident with an iPad

      Good computing skills 

     Confident with social media 

     Good telephone manner 

Personal qualities: Confident 

     Hard working 


     Team player 

     Able to think for your self 

    Friendly/ welcoming 

    Interest in hair and beauty 



Qualifications required: GCSE Grade A-C in Maths, English and IT would be preferable. (or equivalent). Functional skills will be undertaken at College by applicants without this qualification.
