 Vacancy short description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a lucky candidate to undertake an Apprentice Business Administrator role within the logistics team.

 

 Vacancy full description: Duties will include:

 

Reporting to IT/logistics and supporting personnel;

 

  • Follow instructions given by above persons.
  • Uploading/maintenance of stocks in MIS.
  • Data entry
  • Updating of logistic systems.
  • Update Proof of Delivery requirements.
  • Support call off documentation requirements.
  • Part of Logistics teams.
  • Work with and maintain XL spreadsheets.
  • Work with and maintain appropriate Logistics Tharsterns systems.
  • Support logistics adminsistration team requirements.
  • Ensure that all appropriate Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to, taking reasonable steps to ensure your own safety and the safety of those who may be affected by your acts or omissions (never forsake safety for output) report all accidents, near misses or hazards immediately to the supervisor, health & safety officer.

Qualifications required:

GCSE grades  in English and Maths
