Who is the course for?
People with paid employment in a customer service environment, with products and services for businesses and other organisations including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact and communications.
Do I need any formal qualifications?
Complete an Initial assessment for English and Maths results over 50% for both.
What will I study on the course?
Skills learnt from the workplace will be to high quality service to customers digitally, or through going out into the customer s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
