Who is the course for?

All ages, in paid employment.

Do I need any formal qualifications?

Capable of completing level 2 maths and English as determined by diagnostic screening.

What will I study on the course?

Individuals will learn about include preparing paperwork for service charges, supporting consultations and undertaking customer surveys, undertaking neighbourhood and property surveys using checklists, data administration, conducting supervised viewings and rental negotiations, handling telephone calls, filing and scanning, arranging meetings and events and researching new initiatives under the instruction of a supervisor.

On completion of this qualification you will have obtained the skills, knowledge and understanding and demonstrated competence to progress on to a higher level qualification in the same or similar occupational area or enable entry into supervisory and management positions within the workplace

Bespoke programmes delivered mainly in the workplace.

Progress reviews take place every 8 12 weeks. An End Point Assessment made up of Practical Observation, a Knowledge Test and a Professional Discussion Informed by Portfolio.
