Who is the course for?

Do I need any formal qualifications?
You should have four GCSEs at Grade C or above or a relevant Level 2 Qualification.
What will I study on the course?
You will study an advanced level of cooking soups, sauces, meats, poultry, vegetables, rice, pasta and hot and cold desserts. Ideal if you want to develop your existing catering skills to a higher level.
