Who is the course for?
This course is for people working as a full time chef and do not have any qualifications.
Do I need any formal qualifications?
You will generally be required to have gained a level 1 Qualification in food production and cooking or 4 GCSEs D or above and have basic skills in maths and English.
What will I study on the course?
You will be able to develop your Skills learnt at level 1 to learn more about food preparation and more complex cooking tech alongside serving your food and beverage service skills. You will learn about preparing cooking and finishing fish and poultry dishes, meat dishes, soups, pastry dishes, deserts vegetables and pasta dishes.
