Who is the course for?

This course is for anyone who is in the food chain from manufacturing to preparation and service.

Do I need any formal qualifications?

You do not need any formal qualifications for this course.

What will I study on the course?

You will study units to make you aware of food safety.

The course consists of a minimum of six hours tuition which can be either run as one full day or two half days.

Your progress will be assessed through an externally set of multiple choice questions (sector specific: catering, manufacturing or retail). You will need to achieve 20/30 to gain a pass.
