
Absence Policy
Your attendance is recorded on a class register and, if you have been absent, we may contact you to find out the reason why. You must notify us of your absence by calling 01670 841200. To report an absence, please telephone the Northumberland College Contact Centre on 01670 841200 - please follow the quick guide below to ensure your absence notification is dealt with quickly.
It should be noted that absences that cannot be verified may result in the stoppage of financial payments (Education Maintenance Allowance, for example) - full copies of this policy are available from the Infozone or the reception of any college campus.
