When the taxi operator needed to recruit new drivers in order to
supply its unmet demand for taxis they decided the recruitment
process would provide the ideal opportunity to also incorporate an
element of customer service training for its drivers.
Northumberland College offer a full range of business training

Frank Sims, Operations Manager of Blueline, said: "We were
looking for training in customer service, dealing with difficult
situations and also knowledge based training."
