Students at Northumberland College have caught the business bug and will be attending Ashington’s first Youth Market, which aims to encourage enterprise and life skills in young people by giving them a chance to sell their own products to customers on the high street. The learners, who are currently studying a range of different courses at the College, including Horticulture, Animal Care, Hospitality, Art and Construction, will be coming together to run four different stalls at the market on Saturday 29 April between 9am – 3pm, with help from the College’s Enterprise 10 team.
