Located in the centre of Hexham, the hub of creativity specialises in both long courses in Performing Arts and shorter courses in arts, crafts and design, delivered in partnership with the Queen's Hall Arts Centre


The Creative Guild, launched in June 2015, is unique to the Tyne Valley area by offering training in:

Hexham Debates and Lectures

Our Hexham Campus is proudly organising a series of FREE interesting debates and lectures.

EU Debate
Tuesday 19 April

Join our panel of experts including Jonathan Arnott MEP and Bob Hull of the European Movement.

The debate will be chaired by George Hepburn, Columnist at the Journal.

Human face perception, recognition and eye-witness recall
Wednesday 4 May

Dame Professor Vicki Bruce is a leading expert in the field of human face perception, face recognition, person memory and recall by eye-witnesses.

Human Rights
Tuesday 17 May

Human Rights Barrister Julia Weatherall will address the impact of human rights and its integration into governance, policy and decision making.

Cyber Security
Monday 23 May

With cyber security a top priority for UK Government and the challenge of keeping data safe from theft never far from the headlines, Professor Alastair Irons will address issues surrounding cyber security.

All doors open 7pm, starting 7.30pm - seating and attendance is on a first come first served basis.
