Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at students who have completed the 'Spanish Beginners' course, or those who have already acquired a basic knowledge of Spanish and wish to further develop their language skills. Although the emphasis is on spoken language, the course will also focus on improving reading, writing and listening so that the learner can develop sufficient skills to be able to communicate more confidently in a range of everyday situations. This course will enable you to develop an appreciation of Spanish language and culture, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Do I need any formal qualifications?
No formal qualifications required. This course is just for fun.
What will I study on the course?
You will learn, among others:
- How to order food and drink in a bar and restaurant
- Numbers up to a 100 and using money
- Family members
- The alphabet: spelling your name and address
- Spanish culture and traditions
How is the course organised
The course runs for 1.5 hours or 2 hours over 5 or 6 weeks
How will my progress be assessed?
There is no formal assessment. This course is just for fun
